I will be teaching a total of 4 classes, and will cover a large range of topics, from how to lead a horse, to where the ’stifle’ is, to how to fix a fence!
Every participant will get to work with their very own Miniature Horse every week, and will be responsible for taking care of that horse the day of the class.
For Horse 1, we’ll talk about basic anatomy, to include parts of the foot, coat colors, and safety around horses.
In Horse 2, we’ll dive deeper into the horse world, learning about grooming, conformation, the Uses of Miniature horses and so much more.
In the Horse Husbandry class, we will learn facility manegment, preventive health care, and more. This is your chance to get ‘down and dirty’, and learn what animal husbandry is all about!
