Hello,
My name is Margy, and I will be your blogger today.
I am 17 years old, and in the 12th grade. I have been homeschooled since kindergarden, and I am out to battle the myth that homeschoolers are uneducated, lazy, and unsocialized.
I’ve lived all over the east coast/midwest; we’re currently living in Kankakke Co., IL.
My passions include;
- reading any book I can get my hands on, including the Inheretance Trilogy, Perry Mason, Nancy Drew, Agatha Christie, James Herriot, Dickons…I could go on for hours! I have well over 100 books in my room.
- horses, especially mine, Dusty, but also working with Saddlebreds.
I hope to study horses in college. - I also adore Guinea Pigs – I have one, named Streaga Nona.
- writing short stories
- playing computer games (such as Amazon Trail, SIMcoaster, and the Nancy Drew Adventure series)
- singing (church, mostly!
) - music, music music! Anything from classical to heavy metal, and the piano.
- acting, although I don’t get to as much as I’d like to
- cooking, and I’m quite good at it
- hangin’ out with my friends ♥
- gardening
- my favorite subjects in school are English and Art.
